Whoever told my little cousin it was okay to grow up so fast did not get it approved by me!!!! Gosh, tonight was so so fun - we took photos in what would have been her 8th grade dance dress (WHICH WAS BEAUTIFUL BY THE WAY) because the school canceled the dance, so I wanted to photograph her in it anyway to bring her joy!
Loved this session with Danielle a few weeks ago! This was my first time visiting Georgia College’s campus and I have to say - this was one of the cutest campuses ever! The small town feel surrounding this gorgeous college was the perfect background for her session!
I may or may not have edited last night's engagement session blog post while ALSO being on a Zoom call with my family because I was too excited about the photos and couldn't wait!!!! They got to see the sneak peeks first because I was squealing too much - oops!! 😍 Y'ALL, I seriously CANNOT. My HEART!!!! Georgia and Wyatt's love for each other is so stinkin' precious and I am so blessed to be their engagement/wedding photographer!!!! The light was so beautiful last night and it did my heart GOOD being back behind the camera photographing these two, phew! ❤
LOVED this session with this sweet sweet family. I have photographed them for a few different occasions but this one is by far the best reasoning - THEY’RE EXPECTING A SWEET BABY BOY SOON!!! How stinkin’ precious.
One thing I’ve noticed during my time as a Photographer is that I’m still surrounded by/reminded of my other interests while pursuing my dreams - which is SO FUN. While not only photographing beautiful people on their wedding day, I’m also jamming out to my favorite dance party songs as well as tearing up during all of the slow/meaningful songs! Being apart of those special moments during a wedding has always been rewarding to me but knowing I can help out my clients when it comes to choosing music has ALSO been so so so rewarding for me. If you are looking for unique/non-traditional first dance songs or lovey-dovey songs for your wedding day….THIS BLOG POST IS FOR YOUUUUUU!
Ya’ll, my heart goes out to all my couples who have had to reschedule, postpone, or cancel their weddings!!! The second I got wind of everything going on, I knew that Rebecca and Collin were going to have to move their ceremony/reception to a different day BUT THANKFULLY God worked wonders and made it possible for us to have a small gathering/live stream of their vows so their closest friends and family could still love on them (from afar).
My hope is to bring light into the darkness and also help answer any questions you all might have - when it comes to events and photos during this fear-filled time. Love you guys and I’m praying for each & every one of you.
Love love LOVED this session with Ali, Brett, and their sweet puppies!!! I am a HUGE animal lover so when we chose the idea to take some photos with their fur babies, I was ALLLLLLL IN. Just look at them!
Loved this time with Alyssa & CJ! We started out their engagement session at Ponce City Market/The Beltine and then made our way to Piedmont Park for sunset. Thankfully, the rain held out for just a little bit so we could get some beautiful photos…..and that WE DID!!! Gosh, these two were so fun to photograph and I cannot wait for their wedding!!!! Sweetest souls with the sweetest love for each other, phew! <3
Oh how I love love loveeeee engagement sessions in the city! Can’t believe this is my life and my job, phew! <3 Just look at these two! We had the best time ever exploring Ponce City Market and The Beltline!
